A procedure when we have bad weather.

  1. A decision to have rehearsal or not have rehearsal will be made at 6:00 p.m. after the president and the director have consulted and after gathering all the information we can.
  2. An email will be sent immediately to everyone who has given us an email address.
  3. A message will immediately be put on our phone system – 216-373-7773.
  4. If you cannot access that information, call the director at 216-375-0342.

IF WE DECIDE TO HAVE REHEARSAL AND YOU FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE ABOUT DRIVING, DO NOT COME TO REHEARSAL.  Your absence will not be recorded for that rehearsal.
